Awareness session on 'Filing of income tax returns' held.

LAHORE -- The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), in collaboration with the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), organised an awareness session on 'Filing of income tax returns', here on Monday.

In land Revenue's Chief Commissioner (RTO-II) Lahore, Ahmad Shuja Khan, LCCI President Irfan Iqbal Sheikh, Senior Vice President Ali Hussam Asghar, Vice President Mian Zahid Jawaid Ahmad and other experts spoke on the occasion.

The speakers were of the view that taxpayers must perform their national obligation by paying taxes on time to jack-up tax-to-GDP ratio which was direly needed for country's progress and prosperity.
