ATC summons British officials on Dec 2.

ISLAMABAD -- An anti-terrorism court (ATC) of Islamabad on Wednesday summoned three officials of British counter-terrorism command on Dec 2 to record testimony in Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq murder case.

ATC judge Shahrukh Arjumand was scheduled to record the statement of three of these officials on Nov 6. However, due to ongoing Azadi March the special prosecutor of the federal investigation agency Khawaja Mohammad Imtiaz requested the court to adjourn the proceedings till Dec 2 as the prosecutor expressed the hope the sit-in would end by the next month.
