ATC rejects accused bail in judge video leak case.
ISLAMABAD -- An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday dismissed the bail application of an alleged accused Hamza Arif in judge video leak case.
The hearing was conducted by ATC judge Shahrukh Arjumand while Deputy Attorney General Syed Muhammad Tayyab Shah, investigation officer Azmat and petitioner's counsel Imran Jadoon appeared before the court.
The counsel Imran Jadoon pleaded before the court that the bail application earlier filed in ATC-I was withdrawn due to the jurisdiction issue of the said court.
