Arts Council opens branch in district Central.

KARACHI -- Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has inaugurated the district Central chapter of the Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi.

The branch was open at the Jinnah Cultural Complex in New Karachi. ACP President Ahmad Shah and members of the governing body were also present.

Governor Tessori said that famous literati and intellectuals lived in North Karachi. He said the economy and society of Pakistan was declining and there was an imbalance in the society, adding that if the country wanted to move forward, the differences must be kept aside.
