Arrest warrants issued for NAB official.

ISLAMABAD -- An additional district and sessions judge (ADSJ) of Islamabad on Tuesday issued a bailable arrest warrant for the director general of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) retired Maj Shahzad Saleem in the case of alleged harassment of a woman identified as Tayyaba Gul.

ADSJ Syed Faizan Haider Gillani issued bailable arrest for Saleem over his absence during hearing of the complaint filed by Gul.

The court directed DG NAB to appear in person on March 29.

Gul alleged that former NAB chairman Javed Iqbal and Shahzad harassed her and she filed a complaint before the Prime Minister Office (PMO).

However, the PM Office also secured personal gains by blackmailing the NAB hierarchy by misusing a video of the then-NAB chief filmed by her.
