KARACHI -- Managing Director Karachi Water and Sewerage Board Asadullah Khan has said that a 48-inch diameter sewer at Raja Ghazanfar Ali Road (behind Avari Tower) was stuffed with stones and boulders, and as a result not only the gutter choked completely but entire area went inundated with gutter water.
