Annual general meeting of Shakarganj Mills Limited to be held on February 27, 2023.

Karachi -- Shakarganj Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on February 27, 2023 at Lahore.

The agenda of the meeting will to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended September 30, 2022 together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon, to appoint auditors for the year ending September 30, 2022 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other business with the permission of the chair.

Further, the closed period of the company is from February 20, 2023 to February 27, 2023 (both days inclusive).
