Annual general meeting of National Foods Limited held on October 14, 2021.

Karachi -- National Foods Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company was held on October 14, 2021 at Rawalpindi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of Annual General Meeting held on October 21, 2020, to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2021 together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon, to declare and approve the dividend on the Ordinary Shares of the Company. The Directors have recommended final dividend of 100% (Rs. 5/- per ordinary share of Rs. 5/- each) for the year ended June 30, 2021, to appoint auditors for the year ending June 30, 2021 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other business with the permission of the chair.
