Annual general meeting of Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited to be held on October 25, 2019.

Karachi: Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on October 25, 2019 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will to confirm minutes of 10 annual general meeting held on 26.10.2018, as submitted to PSX, to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2019 together with the Board of Directors' and Auditor's reports thereon, to approve and declare final cash dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share i.e. @ 2.5 % as recommended by the Board of Directors for the year ended June 30, 2019 and to appoint Auditors of the Company for the next financial year 2019-20 and to fix their remuneration.

Further, the closed period of the company is from October 19, 2019 to October 25, 2019 (both days inclusive).
