Annual general meeting of Globe Textile Mills Limited to be held on October 31, 2019.

Karachi: Globe Textile Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on October 31, 2019 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of Annual General Meeting held on April 05, 2018, to receive, consider and adopt the Directors report and Auditors Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2018, together with the Auditors, reports thereon, to appoint auditors for the year ending June 30, 2019 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other business with the permission of the chair.

Further, the closed period of the company is from October 23, 2019 to October 31, 2019 (both days inclusive).

A spinning unit in the name of Globe Textile Mills Limited was established in the year 1969 which started production in the year 1970. The capacity of the unit was 25,200 spindles with complete Back Process and Murata Winders.
