ISLAMABAD -- On the directions of interior ministry, the passport office has introduced a new amnesty scheme for the multiple passport holders, according to a report on Saturday.

On the orders of interior ministry, the passport office has devised a new amnesty scheme for those who hold more than one passport owing to varied reasons.

Those multiple passport holders who made extra travel document due to their B-Form or identity card; and those women, who after registration of their marriage, have acquired a new passport, they have to pay Rs10,000 fee.
