Allama Talib Jauhari buried amid tears.

KARACHI -- Amid tears, internationally famous and widely respected religious scholar, poet, philosopher and orator Allama Talib Jauhari was buried on the premises of his religious seminary in New Rizvia Society here on Monday.

Maulana Mustafa Wakeel, a student of Allama Jauhari, led the funeral prayer held at Amroha Ground in Ancholi Society after Zohar prayers.

Thousands of people belonging to various segments of society and sects attended the funeral prayers of the great scholar, who spent his whole life promoting religious and sectarian harmony.

A large number of dignitaries, including clerics of different sects, leaders of different political and religious parties, poets and scholars,attended the prayers.
