Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain has said that we should all learn lesion from the history and reform ourselves according to the events.

He mentioned The News and 24 Channel, two events which are based on reality, and said that former prime minister Mian Nawaz Sharif had asked for arresting Maleeha Lodhi in sedition case who was at that time Chief Executive of The News, differing on this I said that that this step will not send good impression among the journalists and international communities, discussion was in progress still, some people were in its favour and some people were against it that in the meantime prayer time came, Mian Sahib said that we will talk on this after the prayers, after the prayers I saw that majority of the people who were in support of the arrest had gone, I along with couple of supporters said to Mian Sahib that the result of arrest of Maleeha Lodhi will not be good, in the meantime one person said to me that what you are saying is right and you play the role of understanding and appreciation, I asked that person to talk, on this he said that my going to Mian Sahib will create wrong impression and Mian Sahib will think as to why I am supporting Maleeha Lodhi.

Mentioning the other event, Ch Shujat Hussain said that when Maulana Fazlur Rehman came to Islamabad for staging sit-in (dharna), even then some people were in support of attacking the sit-in but nobody was ready to go inside and talk to Imran Khan, all were telling each other that you talk, that you talk, although Ch Parvez Elahi Sahib was not a formal member of the government negotiating team but he was asked to talk to Imran Khan, Ch Parvez Elahi in his meeting advised Imran Khan that if bloodshed...
