LAHORE -- An all-round performance by Pakistan Test captain Azhar Ali and fine batting by Arslan Bajwa helped Model Town Club enter the quarter-finals of the M Siddiq Memorial Cricket Tournament after crushing Stags Club by 64 runs at the Model Town ground here on Wednesday.

Azhar scored 64 with eight boundaries, while Arslan Bajwa remained top scorer with 82 as batting first Model Town Club piled up 250-7 in 40 overs. Stags Club then slumped to a total of 176 in 32.4 overs as Azhar took 3-53 and Mustafa Iqbal claimed 2-22. Only Ahmed...
