Ahsan abandons biryani from his diet, Amad shares his fitness regime.

Lahore -- New entries in the Pakistan team, batsman Ahsan Ali and all-rounder Amad Butt are confident to shine in the upcoming T20I series against Bangladesh in Lahore at Gadaffi Stadium on January 24. 25 and 27.

Both the uncapped players shared their fitness regime while talking to Test cricketer Shaan Masood in an exclusive interview released by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on their social media platforms.

The 26-year-old Ahsan revealed he has not eaten biryani for the past one month and also stopped eating rice, roti in order to stay fit for the highest level.

'There has been a significant change in the past 31 days since I have been at the NCA. I used to eat biryani a lot, but I have given up on it. I have also stopped eating rice, roti, and sweet dishes as we have to take light diets,' he said.
