Action against education officers, school heads.

SAHIWAL -- Chief Executive Officer (Education) Sajjad Aslam has suspended a headmaster and issued show-cause notice to others and education heads for failing to make arrangements of cleanliness, dengue awareness campaigns, teachers attendance and closure of children's room during a surprise visit to schools.

Abdur Rasheed, headmaster of the Government Elementary School 139/9-L, has been suspended and AEO Muhammad Bilal served with an explanation notice for poor cleanliness. Ashwa Zafar, headmistress of the Government Girls Elementary School, Manzoor Colony, and AEO Sadiya Sadiq were issued show-cause notices for not cleaning garbage from the school boundary walls.

Yasmin Akhtar, headmistress of the Government Elementary School, 133/9-L, and Misbah Kausar, headmistress of the Government Girls MC School No 12, were issued show-cause notices as they allegedly failed to maintain teacher attendance and kids room.
