ACP tracks progress for Golden Jubilee of Constitution Celebrations.

ISLAMABAD -- The Advisory Committee of Parliament (ACP), on the celebration of the Golden Jubilee of the Constitution, met on Thursday to track the progress of preparations for the upcoming celebrations.

The meeting convened under the headship of Senator Mian Raza Rabbani to oversee preparations for the Golden Jubilee of the 1973 Constitution, has taken important decisions to finalize the arrangements for the upcoming celebrations. The meeting which held at the Parliament House, discussed various aspects of the upcoming event.

During the meeting, Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar assured the Committee of full support and facilitation from government departments, while former Senator Farhat Ullah Babar emphasized the critical role of media in raising awareness about the celebrations. He also stressed the need for clear directions to be outlined for all government departments to facilitate these preparations.

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb informed the Committee that her ministry would take the lead role in executing a robust media campaign, which will begin from March 10, 2023.
