Accused family expresses mistrust over police officers probing into oil stealing scam.

Jhang -- Sheikh Sheeraz Akram, elder brother of former PML-N MNA and former Education Minister , Sheikh Waqas Akram and son of Sheikh Akram MNA involved in steeling of oil valuing 20 billion rupees has expressed non confidence on the police officers probing into the case.

The interim bail plea of five accused persons in the case will come up for hearing in the court of additional sessions judge Jhang on Thursday.

The case of oil stealing against Sheikh Sheeraz Akram elder brother of Sheikh Waqas Akram has been registered in Sadar police Jhang. DSP City Saif Ullah Bhatti and Inspector Abdul Saboor are investigating the case.

As many as 13 accused are nominated in this case. However only one accused has been arrested and the remaining suspects are absconding. Sheikh Sheeraz Akram has obtained bail from local court.

Sheikh Waqas family has expressed mistrust on officers of local police taking the plea that police officers are against him due to political reasons.

According to facts local police is heading towards positive direction in 20 billion rupees oil stealing case. According to preliminary investigation oil stealing was continuing since the last several years at PARCO pipeline Malhoana More and high ups of Parco are involved in this scam.
