Absorption of Sidra in NHA: abrogation of SC judgment.

Islamabad -- As discussed before the then Chairman NHA Mr. Altaf Chaudhry regularised Ms. Sidra Irshad while she was enjoying her illegal and illicit deputation in NHA. These orders were issued after setting aside crystal and clear judgment of Supreme Court of Pakistan in which the honorable apex court laid the procedure for the absorption of deputationist.

To settle the objection raised in audit para an inquiry committee was formed which is headed by Saeed Ahmed Malik the secretary NHA. The inquiry committee is only a show off as it has done nothing since Saeed Malik was made chairman on 13-12-2018.

Mr. Malik clearly knew that Ms. Irshad had never been a government officer in her parent department and her depution in NHA based on her forged documents. Malik wrote a letter No. 07 896-Highway10418 on 8th May 2015 to KSSL i.e. Sidras parent department. The said letter was written to enquire the employment status of Ms. Irshad as government officer.
