Abdul Ghani Majeed's physical remand extended till Feb 6.

ISLAMABAD -- An Accountability Court (AC) Monday extended the judicial remand of accused Abdul Ghani Majeed and other accused till February 6, in a case pertaining to embezzlement in subsidy for sugarcane growers.

Abdul Ghani Majeed, the son of Omni Group's head Anwar Majeed-Daudi Morkas, Rashad Ahmed and other accused were produced before AC-I Judge Muhammad Bashir in fake accounts case.

During course of proceeding, the court asked the NAB prosecutor about the attendance of other accused nominated in the case.
