36 doctors suspended for absence from Covid duties.

SIALKOT -- The health department has suspended 15 house officers and 21 postgraduate registrars of two hospitals in Sialkot.

Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Javaid Muneer has suspended from service 15 doctors of the hospital for remaining absent from their duties at coronavirus wards established both at the Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital and the Sialkot Social Security Hospital.

Khwaja Safdar Medical College Principal Prof Dr Tariq Mahmood Rehan has also suspended 21 doctors from the training programme for remaining absent from their duties at the coronavirus wards of the two hospitals.
