3,000 litre hazardous edible oil seized.

LAHORE -- The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) claimed on Thursday to have confiscated 3,000 litre hazardous oil extracted from the fat and filth of chicken during a raid on an edible oil depot in Sheikhupura.

PFA Director General Mudassar Riaz Malik said the authority took action against the oil depot on the complaints of adulteration, unhygienic working environment and violating the Punjab Pure Food Regulations.
