268 more dengue cases detected in Karachi.

KARACHI -- As many as 273 new dengue cases surfaced across the Sindh province in a week out of which 268 were reported in Karachi alone and five in other districts. The Vector Borne Diseases Department of Directorate General Health Services, Sindh, has recorded 1,352 dengue fever cases throughout the Sindh province from 1st to 29 November out of them 1,297 were registered in Karachi and 55 in other districts.
