25 public depts face Fesco action.

MIANWALI -- Twenty-five public departments of the district have defaulted on Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) bills in the Mianwali circle.

The amount isaltogether Rs35 million and the local office has issued final notices to them to clear their arrears till June 3 otherwise electric supply will be disconnected.

A Fesco official said the defaulter departments included Punjab Public Health Engineering Department (Rs62m), Isakhel TMA (Rs53m), Mianwali Central Jail (Rs25m), Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (Rs26m), district and tehsil headquarters hospitals (Rs4m), Mianwali TMA (Rsm), Police (Rs25.74m), basic and rural health units (Rs6.22m), health department (Rs.5m), chief engineer of the Chashma Hydro Power Project (Rs4.8m), Pakistan Railways (Rs.77m), Pakistan...
