2 PML-N MNAs contact NA Secretariat for withdrawing their resignations.

ISLAMABAD -- Two Members of National Assembly (MNA) from PML-N who have sent their resignations to Speaker National Assembly (NA) Asad Qaisar have contacted NA Secretariat for withdrawal of their resignations.

These MNAs are Murtaza Javed Abbasi and Muhammad Sajjad.

NA legislation department sources have confirmed that Murtaza Javed Abbasi and Muhammad Sajjad want to withdraw their resignations. However this process will not be verbal. We have made it clear upon them to file a written application in the name of speaker NA if they want to withdraw their resignations otherwise the resignations will not be returned.

Sources said the resignations process will be completed under clause 43 of NA. Under this rule, these two MNAs have been directed to appear before Speaker NA within 7 days. If they don't appear then their...
