2,000 pile beams to be used in Kalma Chowk project.

LAHORE -- The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) says that over 2,000 pile beams would be used for the construction of Kalma Chowk Remodeling Project that includes two underpasses and the Lahore Central Business District's main boulevard.

'We are constructing two more barrels (underpasses) originating from the Kalma Chowk underpass. Over 2,000 pile beams will be installed for the construction of underpasses and CBD boulevard,' PCBDDA's Executive Director (Technical) Riaz Hussain said in a statement on Thursday.
