10 Levies personnel involved in man's torture arrested.

QUETTA -- The acting deputy commissioner of Qila Abdullah on Friday announced that 10 Levies personnel involved in torturing a young man had been arrested after being suspended.
Zakaullah Durrani said the incident took place at Garing check-post on the Quetta-Chaman Highway in Chaman and disciplinary action had been taken against the Levies personnel concerned.
According to details, a young man, while passing by a check-post of the Levies personnel, mocked at the personnel and started making dog-like sounds. The Levies personnel caught the young man, chained him and made him to act like a dog.
