10 KMC teachers promoted.
PESHAWAR -- Ten faculty members of Khyber Medical College have been promoted to the ranks of professors and associate professors following the approval of Board of Governors, according to a press release.
The promotion orders were issued by KMC Dean Prof Mahmud Aurangzeb on Saturday. According to it, associate professors Dr Bashir Ahmed (psychiatry), Dr Sabir Khan and Dr Jan Mohammad (paeds), Dr Talat Naz (gynaecology and obstetrics), Dr Mohammad Zarin and Dr Abid Haleem (surgery) and Dr Wazir Mohammad (medicine) have been promoted to the rank of professors.
Dr Sadaf Durrani (biochemistry), Dr Henna Salman and Dr Sajjad Mohammad (physiology) have been promoted as associate professors.
They will be on probation for a period of one year.
